We brought in Pure Environmental to provide a second opinion after our first mitigation team wanted to rip out and replace our entire kitchen following a flood from our dishwasher. Thankfully, we did. PE valued the quality of our old, high-quality cabinetry and recommended saving everything possible. They cut out only the necessary damp and damaged areas and kept the rest. It was comforting to know a company would understand the craftsmanship of older homes (1926) and not replace everything simply for a higher payout.Our project manager, Paul, was superb.
