I been visit Providence Sunset for more than a year and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Sun and NP Jonathan. They were incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and providing excellent advice and guidance. Their patient-centered approach made me feel comfortable discussing my health issues, and they promptly referred me to the right specialist for my skin problem. The level of comprehensive care I received was exceptional, and I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking compassionate and thorough medical attention. It’s hit or miss if you can get an appointment here within a reasonable time frame. The mychart times for a reply back from your doctor here were upwards of 3 weeks at one point, and I’m still having issues updating my doctors because they don’t view their mychart messages here. What is the point of being told to update your doctor via mychart if they take weeks to see it? Some issues need to be sorted out quickly.
I have never had any trouble getting an appointment at this location. Dr. Chong is my PCP at this office and he is hands down the best Dr I have ever had in my adult life! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the care team is kind and listens well. I don’t love that it’s Providence but I love my Dr! Thanks, Dr. Chong! ?
