I went here previously a couple of years ago, and now I’m back to continue my pelvic floor physical therapy. I had a good experience last time and continue to do so. The pelvic floor specialist I'm working with (Aleah) is knowledgeable, kind, and fun to chat with. I believe I'm improving with her help. The staff is friendly as well. All in all, I recommend this place.

Currently working with Cassie, who is a bright light in what has been a very challenging year, as I try to get my mobility back. After a year of pain, then a hip replacement and "passing" physical therapy, my mobility is still severely limited, my balance is dangerously off, and the pain is constant. Cassie did an extremely thorough evaluation including measuring the length of my legs in various sitting and standing positions, and assessing flexibility. She explained that my right leg is shorter, not due to bone structure, but the ligaments are tight due to the year of strained walking to try to mitigate pain. So even though hip was replaced, everything around the hip is tight and so I am still not walking properly which causes pain in my hamstring and knee. Finally, I was heard! More important, Cassie explained how PT will help strengthen and increase flexibility to alleviate the pain and get me walking properly again. For the first time in over a year, I had hope. And hope is so important, not only for my current physical limitations, but the emotional toll it has created. I literally cried. I have appointments set up through February and I'm so excited and grateful to have a path forward. Its super hard to get the initial appointment because their phone lines are always a nightmare, but once you get in, you schedule your follow up appointments in person. They have their own parking lot which is a bonus.
