In the last many, many years my visits to P&L often felt dismissive. Interactions were brief, answers were curt, and there was a little eye contact or engagement. The overall tone came across as disinterested rather than welcoming. Unless- you happened to mention where you were building your home (money location) or came in dressed as money. Then you were greeted and attended to. ick More recently, I was met with a genuine smile (Katy), and a friendly greeting. There’s no being followed or pushed, but the welcome is immediate, and it feels easy to ask questions or engage when you’re ready. Well done.

I worked with Kimberly Novosel at Pratt & Larson and she made the experience stress free and fun. She has a great eye for design and most importantly she was so kind and helpful. Most people go to Pratt & Larson for the beautiful tile (and that's so true) but I would also recommend them because of their staff like Kimberly! She was amazing to work with! :)
