I recommend this shop. Because they are very professional, Very talented, very kind and respectful, the quality of work is top notch. I walked in right around closing time, determined to get a tattoo, i had no appointment scheduled either, we ended up staying there until like 10 o'clock at night finishing up the tattoo. I think that it was awesome that Change kept the shop open for just me. Change is amazing and very professional. Needed a cover-up, but nothing to take away from my other tattoo. He was attentive to every detail and concern for the blending to look like it was all 1 original tattoo. Thank you Change & Powell Tattoos!
