Excellent gym! I've been taking muay thai here for almost half a year and can clearly see how skilled and articulate the instructors are. FYI some of them even compete!They are welcoming to people of all backgrounds and experience levels, they take time drilling in fundamentals (important!) and they put SAFETY before everything. Pricing is very reasonable and class time is spent very well!

Great gym, environment and instructors. I trained at PTB for only a few months, but I learned a lot and always had a blast. PTB does a great job at taking a complete beginner and build their confidence on the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced skills. I just wished I found out about this place sooner and had more time to train while I lived in Portland. Strongly recommend this gym for anyone looking to learn the art of Muay Thai (and submission wrestling) in a friendly/fun environment!

Nice gym! I've been to coach Alex and Juliano classes and I highly recommend both coaches. Clear directions and useful tips for a great workout. These classes are the highlights of my back-to-office commute downtown. Thank you, Alex and J!
