They have high quality hardwood floor. I shopped around for a while. I want 5 inch hickory solid hardwood floor. The supplier is in Oregon, so I got the planks quickly. There is one stair nose with scratch and crack. They replaced it soon. So when you received the planks and stair nose, you must check every pieces. They also provide cleaning tool.
