This is a wonderful outfit of very decent people. Their showroom is well stocked with samples, but best of all, they are a great group to work with. It feels like you are working with one family that all have the same goal in mind -- pleasing their customer. I am a cabinet maker and found them when my wife and I were struggling to find a flooring for our house that matched our design goals. We spent months looking online and around town. It was nice that they were able to help us find the right flooring, but honestly, there are many showrooms with access to the same vendors. It's the service that was deserving of this review. A few people do a lot of work there, but they do it well and with sincerity and genuine care. Zac C. and Zac R. were both very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and reliable when they tested for water under laminate flooring at my daughter's apartment. If we end up remediating for moisture and replacing the flooring, I would definitely use Zac & Zac at Portland Flooring!
