We have had a consistently positive experience with all of the house cleaners that work for the Cleaning Crew. Each one has been professional and thorough. We also appreciate Kit's responsiveness and flexibility of making changes to our cleaning schedule when needed.

We appreciate how communicative the Cleaning Crew are when setting appointments and coming to our house. We receive both emails and texts letting us know when the cleaners are coming, and if there is a change/cancellation. The owner is responsive and understanding and will try to reschedule another cleaner if our regular cleaner is unavailable. The employees are friendly and thorough, and one person manages to clean our house in a short amount of time. We highly recommend them.

The Two women sent were very nice. They did a nice job on the frig clean out. They did ok for a basic clean;however, I paid for deep clean. I didn't find it anything wonderful. I found lots of fur balls behind the doors and my bathroom floor was not clean from what I could tell. I found webs on the fan in the bedroom. It was cleaner then when they arrived. I decided not to use them going forward.
