Edited the original review but in summary I was charged an inspection fee when they sent a technician for a service they do not provide (I felt I gave enough information over the phone for them to make that determination beforehand).
The company reached out in response to my review and refunded the inspection fee. I respect the fact they were able to be flexible.
I called to get a quote on a Monday morning. Rhonda was extremely helpful. After I received a quote and tons of helpful information I said I would speak with my husband and call back. She explained if we would like to go forward with the service I could simply go online and click the “contact us” tab and fill in the information. They would have a technician call me to schedule. After speaking with my husband we decided to request the service. Within one hour of submitting the request Pete called to schedule. He set us up for Thursday of the same week. Pete and Ronda were very responsive, professional and a wealth of knowledge. They provided information straight up, gave me options to address my problems and did not try to upsell or push unnecessary services. This is a company I am happy to support and recommend to my friends and neighbors.
