Keith is very knowledgeable, customer centered and a really good human being. His website is full of great information about all types of critters that may want to live with you but you don't want to live with them. I noticed a rat in my yard eating the spilled seed from one of my feeders. I took down the feeders and asked Keith to come out and assess the situation. He understands the life cycle of a rat and armed with that knowledge, he suggested that I keep the feeders down for 60-90 days. Keith is great. He has helped us with both an ant and rodent issue. We have young children and a dog, so I am always hesitant to use any chemicals around them. Keith is very thoughtful with his approach and doesn’t overprescribe chemicals. He is very reliable and always seems to make time to come out quickly when we have an issue. We will continue to call Keith with all of our pest concerns.
