I'm so happy to have found such an excellent massage therapist in Silvia Planas! Both my spouse & I have had several sessions with Silvia in the last few months. She knows her stuff! I so appreciate her skill and strength and ability to listen to both my words and my body. I'm in my 60s now and continue to be physically active but also have a stress-inducing job that exercise can only go so far to relieve. I’ve been seeing Laura Kubly for massages at the Portland location for almost a year. I’ve been to many massage therapists and no one compares to Laura. She’s hands down the best!!
