Paul is a wonderful trainer and Peak Condition is a great gym. I’ve been working out with Peak Condition for 1.5 years and have seen a significant increase in my strength and fitness. Paul listens, is easy to talk to and creates specialized training programs specific to each client’s needs. He’s the only trainer in PDX (that I know of) trained in a highly effective and targeted training modality called the Internal Strength Model. Peak Condition has a comfortable, friendly vibe and isn’t intimidating or “bro-ey” like some other gyms. Grateful to get to work out with Paul @Peak Condition.

Paul is the best! I’ve been working with Paul for 8 years. He’s smart and patient. He has helped me train for specific events (long hikes), through pregnancy and postpartum, and general strength and fitness. Cannot recommended highly enough!

It’s been almost 5 months since I started going to Peak Condition, and I absolutely love it! I’ve seen great progress and can’t imagine training anywhere else.
Paul is an incredibly intentional trainer. His approach has helped me gain muscle, strength, and flexibility. He’s also very patient, which is especially important since I’m working through a number of injuries and have good days and bad days, but I never feel like a burden when I need modifications or can’t do something. Because of this I miss far fewer workouts than I did at previous gyms which has allowed me to maintain my momentum and strength gains much better than before.
