I tried to set up a window cleaning and the office staff, or whoever manages the email and phone there, we're completely unresponsive to my calls, emails, and text messages For over three weeks. I'm not sure how they stay in business with their lack of customer service. I will certainly never try and use this company again and I would advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.
I bought one of the Groupon PDX Window Cleaning certificates. When I tried to use it, they refused to accept it. I got the run around and promised to file a complaint where I could - so here is my complaint. If you want to pay full price for their service, they are the company for you (they did offer to let me pay full price vs. the Groupon one which I declined)! I wold stay away from these folks as, while the reviews you can see on Groupon look good, if you actually have an issue you have no way to keep others who may want to use their service a warning! Stay away is my advice!
Ordered a Groupon for them for gutter cleaning. I called them and left five voicemails over the span of a month to set up an appointment. I never got a hold of someone or got a call back from them. I just ended up returning the groupon and hiring another company.--------Update:The company always seems to respond to online reviews with this same gibberish though:"Please go to Groupon's page and complaint about their terms in conditions.Once again. Pdx terms and conditions are different than your purchased product.This a true copy reference to the right of you to post your dissatisfaction with the right vendor.We politely ask you to confirm your review.This text trying to help you find a solution will be use in case of a court proceeding.Please be aware that you could be sued for slander, by posting reviews that are not true."Groupon has NOTHING to do with you answering your phone or returning calls. I wonder if this company is even real? PLEASE do sue me!!! hahahaha
