Took our one year old car that had a dent from my lack of attention to a body shop. The ethical person at the body shop recommended Randy at PDR Solutions as my dent was minor and would cost a boatload at their full service body shop. I called Randy and was immediately impressed with his response. It took a while for me to get back to him and finally get my car into his shop. Randy was as personable as he was on the phone and made us immediately comfortable. I am amazed at what he was able to accomplish and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Randy and his business.
I used PDR Solutions twice and just contacted Randy to work on my 3rd truck. Painless Dent Removal is an art form and Randy is highly skilled and does great work at fair prices. The results of his work exceeded my expectations and I recommend PDR Solutions to "delete your dents".
It's been a long time since I've needed to use a PDR provider as I'm pretty meticulous with our cars (i.e. no one washes them but me with the 3-bucket method). I always invest in paint protection film and generally when I'm done with a vehicle there's little to any noticeable wear. That said, unfortunately, an empty five-gallon bucket had fallen on the hood of our Brooklyn Gray (read as a non-metallic - "chalk-like" gray) BMW X7, right on one of the hood creases. It honestly wasn't super noticeable until I washed the vehicle again. Once I saw it though, I couldn't unsee it. Every angle had a break in the light, and I wanted to get it taken care of. I reached out to PDR and heard back quickly. Traded some photos back and forth via text with the owner and then he gave me a call back to discuss options. The first thing I loved about the experience was how he was very quick to set expectations of what was possible. After chatting for a few we agreed it made sense to stop by to give him or another tech a look. While he was actually heading out for the day already, he ended up sticking around just to take a look (above and beyond). As he looked it over we noticed a couple of things in the way - there was no access due to the way the aluminum hood's frame was assembled and I had paint protection film on the full hood limiting his ability to work from the top as well. We discussed options on how they could still help, talked about best and worst case scenarios and agreed to a price, plan and appointment time. The following week I dropped the car off, confirmed my mobile number and preferred method of communication and went from there. I get alerts on an app when the vehicle moves, hood is open, etc. and the nice thing here was they said they needed the car for much of the day, and they actually started working on it right away. It drives me nuts when a shop asks for a full day just to work on it for 30 minutes at 3:45 in the afternoon - not the case here at all. Anyways - I dropped it off around 9:30 and by 3:00 I had a text saying it was all set and that they were really pleased with the result. I didn't hear from them in between so this meant we didn't need to remove the PPF, or move from our original plan. The car was parked outside and ready to go when I arrived and it looked incredible. No chance I would be able to find the spot and it looks as good as new. Long and short, a great experience all around and feel like I've got a new trusted, talented team I can count on when I inevitably need them again. Thank you!
