Olivia is hands down the best esthetician I’ve ever worked with. I usually frequent Urban Waxx in the Pearl, but when I was there last, my car had been broken into on the street. Suffice it to say, I booked with Pampered Orchid not knowing what I was in for. I’ve never had a more meticulous wax. I walked out of my appointment completely hair free—no stragglers, no leftover or missed patches, nothing. Olivia was so patient and professional and even let me sit up to accommodate my medical condition for part of the wax.
