Pacific Coat wasn't the lowest bidder or the highest but the job turned out excellent and I feel like I received good value for every dollar spent. The old saying is that a good paint job is 75% preparation and that certainly describes how Pacific Coat painted my house. Our previous painter pressure washed one day and painted the next. Pacific Coat spent four days with a two man crew washing, scraping, calking and spot priming before they painted. When they were nearly done they asked me to inspect everything and make a touch-up list. I was pretty picky about it. Their response was to take care of all of it, immediately, with no questions asked. That's excellent service. I worked outside on other projects during the paint job and observed almost everything the painters did. There is no doubt they are serious professionals dedicated to a job well done.
