5 rating not enough! Crew on time, all materials in hand, swept and vacuumed at each stage. Then, when we discovered wood rot that needed replacing before completing shower install, Renuity reached out to a contractor who squeezed us in (out here in the rural world) to prepare the surface properly before Renuity returned to finish. From the first contact and throughout the entire process; we received texts, emails, phone calls to make sure we knew what was planned, what was happening, and who would be knocking on the door for the next portion. I would absolutely recommend this company! They quoted us over 10k less than the first company we tried, they worked with us on financing and a down payment, and they were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. The men who installed the shower did a wonderful job on the install and kept us informed along the way. The whole thing only took two days! We are very happy with our new shower!
