I have had three pregnancies via IVF over the last 6 years working with ORM. They have always been kind and professional. But I was shocked this time around at how streamlined the whole process has become. Communication was always easy and thorough. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I never sat on hold - almost all scheduling and med instructions were text conversations. Not a minute of my time was wasted when I came for appointments. My experience with ORM has been phenomenal. Through two different cycles, their team has been supportive and responsive the whole way through. Though I did have to remain vigilant of my own unique health needs and ensure accurate and up-to-date billing through insurance (re: meeting our out of pocket max), the team at ORM including my patient coordinator, Olivia and Dr. Kurtz have my highest recommendation!
