My dog Finn hates getting her nails done. She had to be sedated for the vet to do them, and sometimes needed a muzzle, awful for both of us. Mark has a calm and gentle demeanor. Finn doesn’t require sedation or a muzzle. She allows him to lift her up onto the table and though she doesn’t enjoy it it’s much less stressful. Mark has the magic touch!
