My experience here is amazing! I relocated from Denver and I love everything about this place. The application process was seamless, the place is spotless and quiet and the apartment is perfect for me and my little cat. The leasing agents and managers are so responsive and professional and it’s so quiet here. My neighbors are so cool as well! My cat was not taking the transition well but my neighbors were super kind and everything. I feel very safe here as well and everyone I’ve come across living here is so nice!

My vehicle has been both broken into and vandalized in just the last two weeks. That alone makes it stressful to live here, thinking and knowing that it will likely happen again. There's a disgusting tenant who smells like a skunk covered in poop, and they let him bask all over and soil the amenity furniture while he himself eats an entire family size meal of KFC on it, as well as foul the elevators and lobby furniture routinely. That person is rude and beyond disgusting. The units are efficiently designed and this could be a nice place but the people who manage it don't seem to care.

horrible communication, ok place to live provided you never need to communicate with management.

be prepared to email 2-3 times before getting a response. if you have multiple or follow up questions they'll (usually Jill) ignore whatever they can not easily answer in hopes you'll just let it go

idk how or why but lately they've been renting out units to homeless people and then struggling to evict them.

security is an absolute joke. they usually don't show up and if they do they take forever and don't communicate.
