The staff and the doctors were very attentive and professional, they answered my questions and provided information that I could understand. The only thing was that it takes a long time to get a new patient appointment. After my first visit, I realized that it was worth the wait!
I have been experiencing hair loss and just wanted answers and options. I know to many people hair loss is not top priority medically speaking, but Kari was so understanding of my concerns and took them as seriously as I did. I feel at ease knowing that my concerns are being validated and we are working through a plan to regain my former hair volume.
NW Dermatology were very responsive, professional and respectful of my situation and promptly scheduled me in for an appointment, even on the cusp of the Covid 19 lockdown. They are a great team and I give them my highest recommendation
