I absolutely love NowYoga pdx! Amazing studios (they have two in pdx) and both are stunning and clean, serene and beautiful inside. The staff are all amazing and the teachers are top notch! Now is my favorite studios in pdx!! Definitely give them a try! You will love love love!!!❤️

I had the opportunity to take the Release class with Angela during my first visit to Portland and I loved it! It was the perfect end to a long, fun filled day. The class wasn't a normal yoga flow but a steady walkthrough of stretches using the foam roller, ball, and bolster. I look forward to coming back during my next visit.
