I called 3 businesses for an estimate to replace the furnace in our son's home after it quit and the repairman told us it was on its last legs (following his repair.) Noble was the first to respond, the first to visit and the first to provide a bid for the replacement. David answered my texts and phone calls even when the business was closed, was very professional and courteous, and did not provide any smarmy "chose us over the over guys" spiel, just straightforward information. We had a great experience with David and Tim from Noble when they replaced our furnace, added AC, and installed a mini split. David was very patient and informative as we were deciding which products were best within our budget. Tim, the one who did the work, was very kind and respectful of our home. We would definitely return to them for future heating and AC needs.
