He's so sweet and fixed my boots perfectly. Took a bit longer but I was so happy when I got them back! He even cleaned them and re-laced them! It was WAY cheaper then I thought too. Plus he fixed purses and bags along with any shoe I brought him. I'm happy my shoes came back looking better than new.
