He is very knowledgeable, thorough, explains things to my level of understanding, asks questions and listens well to my replies. He has stepped in to help me advocate and obtain medical equipment that I need. He is quick to respond when MRIs or other tests come back and lets me know the results, often putting my mind at ease. He may be busy and scheduled far out, but worth the wait. Marcia Woodburn is a great backup if needed!“
