I’ve been coming to Kristi for lashes for over a year now. I’m almost hesitant to post this review because I don’t want her to become too busy, and I can’t book her. However, it feels unfair to not share. Kristi is a true professional and amazing at her craft. Neat Lash is always clean and Kristi has done a terrific job of adhering to the Covid safety guidelines. Masked are on and hands are washed.I look forward to my appointments at Neat Lash. It has become my own version of self care. Kristi is friendly, warm and an absolute perfectionist. Wish I could give 6 stars! Kristi is so amazing- accommodating, flexible, and makes sure it's exactly as you want it. My lashes always come out the absolute perfect shape and amount every time- looking so natural. Her studio is so cute and cozy and you feel like you're in a friends living room. Kristi is so sweet and quickly becomes a friend- I always look forward to catching up with her during our appointments. It's a good feeling to have found a reliable, trustworthy, very fair priced lash studio in Portland :)
