I called Nature First to get some guidance on controlling rodent populations in my yard- although it turns out I don't need their services right now they were incredibly helpful. Randy called me back and talked through options and suggestions and gave me some next steps to try before needing some help. Other pest control folks have always felt aggressively sale-sy and I really appreciated someone honest who really understands rodent behavior.

This company is the only one i found that actually told me that they didn't see any sign that my house was damaged my carpenter ants. They identified the carpenter ants on my shed and treated all around my house and shed with something the ants will wall walk across and carry back to their nest to kill all of them. I talked to 5 other companies and they all wanted to spray chemicals that would only repel the ants. And the other companies all wanted me to buy subscriptions for then their chemicals wore off. Excellent Advice and Analysis for our unique situation. Went through all the options, pros and cons, came up with a plan that worked for us. Very very knowledgeable and very willing to guide us through the process so we could do much of it ourselves. Well worth every cent and very flexible.
