Ever employee is helpful and nice, even the security officer is kind, and not intrusive, plus there's more tools and stuff on every shelf, and new equipment that has added to the isle sections, and it has to be the security officers that get the 5 star review for saving the harbor from pirates and scallywags from making off with all the freight!
I just had an ashiatsu massage with Kirsten and it was amazing!! Being in massage therapy school, it was a super cool experience. Her room has colorful and calming lighting & she was very kind. My body feels so much better :)
Kat is amazing! I have brought my elderly mother here 4 or 5 times. She mostly uses a wheelchair and her mobility is limited. Kat always makes my mom feel very special and cared for and gives a wonderful massage. Having said that, every time I go, staff (not Kat) see me struggling getting in and out the front door while pushing the heavy wheelchair. The door is hitting the wheelchair, my mom trying to grab it before it hits her...and nobody has ever acknowledged my difficulty or offered to help. Seems strange for people whose business is self care and healing. If my mom didn't love Kat so much I would go elsewhere.
