I have many massages in my life. Today was my third session with Lauren. It was the best massage that I’ve ever had. And - it was supposed to be a 90 minute massage and she went almost 2 hours.

This was one of the, if not THE best massage I've ever had and I've had a lot! Lauren is so intuitive and truly listens to your body. I can't say enough about her! I am still blow away by my massage and her techniques and how she really focused on my target areas and truly listened to what my body needed. She is so kind and I highly recommend anyone who needs bodywork to check her out. She will not disappoint you! Thank you again Lauren! :)

Lauren is such a skilled massage therapist. Her deep tissue massage is nothing like the others’. She works deep but not like painful way. Her approach is very caring, and as soon as she starts her massage, you immediately know you’re in a good hand. I don’t know how she can reach to your core like that. She unveils the knots I carry in my body so skillfully that I feel so renewed every time I see her. Her knowledge of anatomy is amazing. I know this because I’m a massage therapist myself:) If you have muscular pains and aches that need to be addressed, I highly recommend Moxie Massage!
