Anthony and Alan helped me move today. I have to say, it was the best experience I could have hoped for. The elevator broke and they didn’t even flinch they made other accommodations and made me feel so taken care of. I can’t say enough of the customer service, something that is hard to find anymore. Nothing but gratitude!
Anthony and Alan were great. Had to get a washing machine, which weighed a ton, down a narrow staircase into my basement. Initially wouldn’t fit but they offered to take off the hand railing and made it work. Super helpful.
