Wonderful job! We are really enjoying the refinished oak and fir floors in our 1920s home. Really gave it a new life! You wouldn’t think it’s the same house.
Floors came out wonderful! Andrew worked with me on a scope others turned down to remove painted flooring and match the character of the house. Excellent craftsmanship and communication. Highly recommend.
I am a general contractor, I had lost contact with my go to hardwood floor company and found modern tech through ChatGPT I called and talked to Andrew hoping to find someone that did good work and could communicate well with my customers. I was pleasantly surprised with Andrew's quality and commitment to doing good work, Andrew is very easy-going and comfortable to work with I will recommend him Andrew and his company every chance I get.
