I have used Lance at Metro for several lock issues in my over-100-year-old house, now and am always pleased with his promptness, skill and courtesy. This time he helped with a Schlage lock which was sticking badly, and a security door lock that was "glitching". I will definitely call him in the future.
This is the second time I have used there services, Both times 100% customer satisfaction. Lance is Amazing and knows what the meaning of taking care of the customer means.
