I called Shaw floors in a hunt to find some discontinued flooring and Metro Floors was one of the places they showed had ordered my color within the last year. I filled out my info online and was called within minutes. Even received a text with an update on how the search is going on their end. Even if they don't have what I need in stock...they have already gone above and beyond. Customer service is top notch!!!! Thanks Dmitriy for your efforts!!!
