Huge shoutout to @bychelseadawn. She gave me the most amazing service and showed so much compassion during a time I really needed it. I came in with a washed out brunette/blue and she transformed it into the most beautiful warm blonde just in time for my sister’s wedding next week. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair (and you), go see her, you won’t regret it!
After trying over 15 different barbers and stylists around Portland and walking away at least a little disappointed every time, Zack at Malva was a total breath of fresh air.
I brought in a few reference photos, and not only did he perfectly replicate the cut I was going for, but he also customized it to suit my head shape and features. The result? I walked out genuinely stoked—and when I got home, my girlfriend couldn’t stop raving about how good it looked (and still hasn’t stopped).

Courtney Scruton is truly the BEST in the hair game and has never disappointed. I’ve been seeing her for years and will be for many more!! She knows exactly what I need done and never fails, I look forward to all my appointments! Not only is she amazing at hair but she also has the best most welcoming personality.
