Honestly, I received the best haircut I've ever had from this place. I have super curly hair and the stylist knew exactly what to do and how to give me the haircut I wanted. That's so entirely rare. Unfortunately, the stylist wasn't taking new clients. I won the haircut via a raffle and was truly disappointed that I couldn't continue with her. It's been almost 10yrs since that haircut and I still think about it all the time. No one else in Portland knows what they're doing when it comes to natural curls and I've tried everyone in town, even the curly hair places. No one has ever done it better than this salon. I have been going to Allison for 8 years since I was 16 years old! My mom has also exclusively gone to Allison for the past 8 years. She is the only hair stylist we trust with our hair! I have dyed my hair every color under the sun and she always makes it look natural and beautiful! She has also cut my hair and styled it for school dances like prom. She also has incredible hair cutting and styling skills. Additionally, Allison has provided me with corrective color when I tried to use box dye.
