I couldn't believe how fast they got over here to deal with our door problem.We were having problems getting our keys to work on our front door and, like magic, made a few adjustments to our lock and works great now.Suggested we upgrade our lock to the 21st century and gave some good recommendations.Will definitely call again if we have other issues.

Amazing! They were amazing! They had not only the fastest response time on the phone, they also were able to get to me the fastest, recognizing it was urgent being locked outside in the freezing weather. Will absolutely use them if I locked myself out!Service: Building lockouts

Phenomenal response & service. I was in a bind with a failing garage door that needed immediate service. Libra was quick to answer the call and was able to service and fix my problem rather than upcharge me for a new door and/or new tracks & hardware. Libra was nothing short of professional and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
