i have been seeing my pcp, dr. lori farrell, for decades and have had the best care from her...she is bright, professional, respectful, and funny.....whe has helped me all these yrs...additionally the staff are excellent too....recently my pcp wasn't available for an urgent appt on the morning of 12-4-23, but they fit me in with dr. janet c. west....she was professional, respectful, bright, and funny too.....dr. west helped me thru some left knee pain, and i'm slowly getting better....thx to all at the legacy medical group ne clinic....

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a decade. The front office / phone staff is phenomenal. Especially Aaron and Sylvia, who have been there the whole time I have. The MA’s are great and I’ve been very impressed with the new MA’s who I’ve worked with recently. Extremely helpful and good natured, no matter how grumpy I am because I don’t feel good. My doctor is semi-retiring, but he promises he is leaving me in good hands. I believe him :)

I didn't see my primary doctor I saw one of the available doctors I cannot remember his name. It was my first time at the clinic since I recently switched providers. The doctor made me feel comfortable I felt like he listen to me addressed all my concerns. The MA who checked me in and took my vitals was also super sweet a complete doll I really appreciate the care that was provided for me
