About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers an outstanding value with a variety of amenities, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training. The gym features free parking for 2.5 hours, although the process can be confusing at first. The facility can get quite hot, especially upstairs, but there are wipes and water fountains available. Members generally have a positive experience, with the gym being well-equipped and the staff being friendly. The pool is a favorite feature, and the gym is conveniently located. However, some concerns have been raised about the cleanliness of the hot tub and the smell in the men's locker room, which can be unpleasant, especially with a strong odor in the bathroom. The air conditioning has not been working for at least two months, making workouts during hot days difficult. Overall, LA Fitness provides a comprehensive fitness experience at a competitive price, with positive staff and plenty of workout stations, though improvements in cleanliness and air conditioning would enhance the experience.

As "Big Box" gyms go, LA really has it together. Solid, clean facilities with plenty of weight and loads of equipment and positive staff. A great place to get yer sweat on!

Everyone wipes down their stations without question. LA fitness in Grand Prairie Texas needs to step up their game. Water station is dirty, not enough workout stations. The only one thing Grand Prairie does better than Portland is the front desk personnel greeting, the ones in Grand Prairie are welcoming, they greet you coming in and leaving. The ones at this...read full review
