Poor communication , they don't understand customer needs. Make appointment and tell you we don't have specific staff to do what you need for powder fake nail. Overbooked and they don't make it right

I’ve gotten my nails done 4 times here now. Each time, I’ve had minor issues/dislikes with how my nails have turned out, but they were never a large issue enough to complain. However, I have gotten my nails done well over a hundred times and this is the only salon I’ve had consistent dislikes with.I’ve dealt with very thick nails that were uncomfortable, a very thin nail that broke while I was sleeping, acrylic clear powder without polish, that turned yellow and polish missing in spots. My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for here for a surprise I was very very excited to get a mani pedi since it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to treat myself. When we arrive there was barely anyone there so no wait time, and Mimi was able to start my pedicure right away. She was so gentle and we had nice conversation it really felt luxurious and my nails came out beautiful. She took her time and put care into each step and it felt amazing.
