From calling to reschedule due to weather to the end of the service, everyone was wonderful. I don't love being touched, but Steph made me feel safe and cared for. My husband also got a foot massage and he was very pleased with everything as well. We will be making this a monthly visit! Thank you.

I just experienced a luxury pampering facial experience like NO other. My sister treated me for my birthday. What a great gift! Kiva Spa is amazing!Stephanie brings over 16yrs experience and doesn't miss a beat!!! There are no words, except THANK YOU for the magical experience! I WILL be back!

The sauna was beautiful I enjoyed the atmosphere it was very welcoming and relaxing I love the healing hertz playing in the background my therapist was awesome she did her Thang! I will be back for more messages and bring people with me
