I have no complaints about the dentist, hygienists, and quality of care. Everyone is great and thorough and kind. However, the scheduling is something else. During my dental appointment in late October, the dentist noticed a leaked filling. I wanted to wait to schedule this until January because the dental benefits reset. They weren't able to schedule this because the 2024 schedule hadn't been released. It took nearly a month for them to release the January schedule. After multiple calls and over a month later, I was finally able to schedule this appointment. Part of the reason it took so long is they kept only offering 7 AM appointment times. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE. The ladies at the front desk get a laugh out of me EVERY TIME. Dr Nasserziayee and his assistant (I'm so mad that I'm forgetting her name right now) are THE BEST. She is funny and warm. The first visit I had with her in February (I hadn't been in since COVID), I told her she was dressed in sunshine. She was wearing yellow scrubs but also her demeanor is just lovely. I feel like I'm hanging out with one of my girlfriends every time I go in. Thanks for making this anxious soul feel at ease!

The doctor we have specializes in pediatric dentistry and hes amazing. Dr. Sease. Excellent communication with the kids and really engages them. He explains every process and even stopped to let my son ask a question and went into detail explaining what the medication lidocaine is lol and wiggled 2 of my sons teeth out during the explanation. He was very efficient! The assistant was wonderful too. She was very attentive and patient. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Sease is.
