(This review is going to sound like I'm a super woo-woo person, but I'm not at all. I studied computer science in college and am quite rationally-minded.)

It's difficult to express just how amazing Juan's work has been for me. I didn't go into this for any specific injury—just a general sense of being too in my head and wanting to get more in touch with my body (and perhaps improve my posture/walking along the way).

Juan David is a very special Rolfer, who makes use of a wide range of skills and techniques to address the issues at hand. He has a unique ability to assess and then remedy problems with a level of precision and effectiveness I haven’t previously experienced with any other practitioner. He is also very good at explaining what is happening in the body and educating you in order to help integrate the work. I can’t recommend Juan David highly enough!

Great rolfer - location far for coming from North Portland and pricing comparable to other rolfers that's to say $145 for something not covered by health insurance. Unless you have insurance (auto/ workers comp) paying for more, I recommend budgeting going to 1-2x per mo vs weekly for chronic conditions as they will take longer to unwind. Plan to do many sessions (10+) but find yourself becoming painfree. Must be combined with changes in movement, standing, sitting, how you work, sleep, and getting a physical therapist or chiropractor to give you exercises that you do 3x/wk.
