I’m new to the area and spent quite a bit of time researching to find a barber. I wanted someone who accepts walk ins rather than having to book appointments. I happened to notice JG Barbers one day while driving by. After stopping and meeting Grace, I returned a day or two later.The shop is busy, but the wait is never too long. Grace is the best barber I’ve had in more than 20 years. She does a great job. The shop is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly.Rather than search for another shop while JG is temporarily closed, I am waiting impatiently for reopening on November 7.

Grace does good work. I don’t know that I tell her much apart from, “Please make it shorter,” and I can trust her to do a good job. Out of the number of times I’ve gone in, I think I’ve only had to wait once, including weekend visits.Her work is quick, professional, and done well. I started coming here when Tom’s (up the street, on Cornell) closed because they tore the stores down. JG opened a short time later, if I recall.

Similarly to the other reviews, the lady gave me a pretty high quality haircut and did so super quick for cheap as well. Luckily I got in right after someone else had finished their cut so there was no wait time.
