I'm leaving this review for the new manager Masen, who is very proud of herself for her takeover of this studio. However, I find her very capitalistic/bureaucratic/ American in the materialistic sense; aka she's in this for sales and not the client experience. She had no problem smugly speaking down to her employees in front of me. I have a membership, expressed I didn't have my phone for the coupon which was no problem to the other employee since it was jcpenny coupon. Masen decided- after she said she would honor it- to only give us $10 off the price. I would love to go back to this studio and work with Lovelin, if the money goes to her.we have... read full review

The employees are nice same for the photos I love this location but the problem is that it's expensive we now take our own pictures but if this place prices were not high the place will be the best for taking photos.

Great experience at the studio. The staff was highly professional. They answered all my questions and made some great recommendations for backgrounds. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this place.
