When one of the circuit boards in our heat pump went out early in July, Erica was sent out to determine why the cooling had stopped working. She worked with Nichole in Service Dispatch to arrange another visit after consulting with Carrier Corp to resolve the issue. Erica and Bob (or was it Jim) came out for further testing and two replacement circuit boards. After several hours of frustration, they determined one board was bad - directly from Carrier! They arranged an overnight delivery. On their third visit (they never gave up resolving the problem), everything finally worked. All three of them kept me in the loop on what they were working on, how long before return visits. Jacobs IS fantatsic to work with.
I had the pleasure of having Bryan D. and Chase over to service my mini splits today. Making the appointment was easy and they were professional and thorough keeping me well informed along the way. Both were also very kind about not leaving a mess which was unnecessary and greatly appreciated at the same time. THey did a great job AND put up with my bawdy sense of humor at the same time.
