I have worked with Matt at J2 on two large roof projects over the past 2 years. Matt is very detailed and kind to owners and Board members. He goes above on beyond to answer questions or come up with solutions to the one-offs you find in a project. Both roof projects have been completed, and those same communities are looking to have Matt oversee upcoming paint and deck repair projects in 2026 and 2027.

J2 Building Consultants provided oversight of our HOA re-roofing project, including 99 buildings and several years' worth of work.
