Tim from Insight Pest Solutions was fantastic. He checked in before arriving, clearly explained how the pest mitigation process works, and answered all of our questions with ease. He also proactively scheduled a follow-up visit in two weeks to make sure everything is on track after the first treatment, which we really appreciated. Five stars for pest control and emotional support for my dramatic dog.
Ryan showed up completely professional and was super thorough, treating both the interior and exterior for the dreaded boxelder bugs and the blasted moles that have taken over our yard.
And when I explained that my dog thinks “standing legs” are a threat to national security, he didn’t even blink — he calmly got down to her level like a true dog whisperer so she could properly assess him and receive her pets.
No pests. No judgment. 10/10 would recommend.
