Horrible company totally ripped me off. I sent in a repair to have them ship it back several weeks later still broken. Postage paid. They tell me to reship it so I did, Postage paid! After several weeks and many phone calls later they sent me a different projector that was half the value of the original purchase product.This place lost my business and I have told everyone I know to stay away!

I purchased a projector in 2000, yes over 13 yrs ago. I use it for road presentations and to show the occasional movie in our house or to show fun videos for parties. It has outlasted 3 TV's and countless PC's and Laptops. I'm very impressed with the durability of their product. Return Factor - 80%

I have been an InFocus customer for 7 years and in that time owned 3 different models of projectors. I have had to contact their customer service multiple times about these units and while I have had good and not so good experiences with their reps, at the end of the day InFocus has always taken care of me. My home theater is the envy of the neighborhood!
