Superb, fast service. I had an external drive with a damaged port, they were able to repair it, replaced the casing for me so I could use it again and transferred a backup for me.
Initially I paid Geek Squad $200 annual membership and they called 7 days later saying they couldn't find any info on the drive.

As a late Xmas gift to myself, I had Hyperion Computers build me a new Intel gaming rig. Coming from a PC built in 2012, this was long overdue and it turned out sic. The build quality is topnotch (reminds me of a Falcon Northwest PC) and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the new PC and I love the fact I helped support a local business. Also, there is a cute doggy at the store that is more than eager to greet customers.

Hyperion was able to diagnose most of my computer problems over the phone and when I brought it in they were professional and friendly and a delight to work with. They fixed my computer and it works great now.
